Adjunct Professor of Art – Printmaking
University of Great Falls, Great Falls, Montana
Currently instruct six to eight students one semester per academic year. Non-toxic processes of relief and intaglio printmaking are emphasized including the use of photopolymer film and lithography via polyester plates. Other duties include maintenance of print studio and supplies; development of curriculum, syllabi and assessment; assisting students in preparation of work for and installation of student exhibition; presenter in artist lecture series. Instructor of record.

Traveling exhibition of fourteen artists and their installations presented and performed in seventeen rural Montana venues over a period of six weeks. For this exhibition, a 1952 ‘teardrop’ trailer was disassembled and rebuilt as a sphinx, then traveled throughout the state with the tour.

Picking, packing and shipping customer orders of fine art materials and supplies. Duties demanded precision and efficiency in servicing orders, high standards of care in handling and knowledge of working characteristics of fine art papers and supplies.

Self-employed artist
Involved in every aspect of creating, presenting, documenting, marketing and shipping artwork; some degree of participation in arts communities of Cincinnati, Santa Fe, Seattle, Olympia and Montana at different times. Areas of endeavor include drawing, lithographic and intaglio printmaking, slate and soft stone carving, woodworking (in hand-carved sculpture, machine-made functional forms or in combination) and metalworking. Studio with all these capabilities is currently maintained five blocks from PGSMOA. Experimentation and innovation with processes and materials is ongoing. Also self employed as called upon by businesses or individuals for inventive projects of various descriptions; some of the above entries represent opportunities for unique inventive and creative projects appropriate to this niche.
